A quick bakery note: the Briar & Main studio is closed this upcoming week, but we have some very fun things happening behind the scenes that we can’t wait to share with you. 🤍

In the meantime, preorders are always open online, with current available pickup dates listed when ordering. So if you have a birthday, celebration, or just a we need cupcakes kind of day coming up, you can still get it on the calendar.

So many tiny details meant so many piping bags 😅 Every shade was mixed using all-natural colors from The Sugar Art | Color Makers for this soft, whimsical palette. 🌈✨

The Briar + Main Studio is ONE! 🎂

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since we opened the doors to our little studio. So naturally, we’re celebrating by going just a little mad. 🎩🫖🌹

Join us Saturday, September 5th from 10am–2pm for our Down the Rabbit Hole ONE-derland Anniversary Pop-Up — a Wonderland-inspired day filled with cupcakes, macarons, Chunkies, brownies, decorated cookies + a few curious little surprises.

And because Briar + Main has always had a little wanderlust woven into its story… ✈️ we have a few birthday presents for YOU.

Inspired by a photo our client shared with us, we put our own Briar & Main spin on this playful birthday cake with vintage piping, tiny bows, colorful sprinkles, disco balls and the sweetest little party cats.

Summer at Briar & Main 🍒

We’re opening the studio Saturday, August 22 from 9am–12pm for a sweet little summer pop-up.

Expect a pastry case filled with summer-inspired favorites, including Ice Cream Sundae Cupcakes, French macarons, S’mores Chunkies, decorated sugar cookies, cake slices + a few other treats we’re dreaming up.

Fresh berries, macarons, and a little taste of summer. ☀️🍓

Our newest double-layer cookie cakes are now available to preorder on our website. A lovely alternative to a traditional cake, it includes 2 layers of our vanilla bean sugar cookie filled and topped with our signature buttercream and toppings of your choice:)
