It's easy to make our cookies vegan/dairy-free -- just substitute coconut oil or vegan butter for the butter and use your favorite egg replacement (flax, aquafaba, applesauce, etc.) and with our vegan chocolate chips you'll be all set with a delicious vegan treat.

We proudly use White Sonoran Wheat in our mixes.

It's a whole wheat heritage grain that's been harvested in our local region for centuries.

We source ours from family-owned in Marana because we love to keep things local!

It's also an Organic, NON-GMO, and low-gluten whole wheat. It's higher in fiber and has what's been described as a sweet, earthy flavor, with a slightly nutty texture.

That paired with mesquite and vegan chocolate chips makes for a truly unique mix of flavors!

If you're like most people who see our mixes on the shelves, you might be wondering: "what's up with mesquite flour?"

And before you ask...no, it's not smoky :)

In fact, mesquite flour is slightly sweet and nutty and adds a unique flavor to our cookies.

It's also high in protein, packed full of nutrients, and has a low glycemic index.

We could almost say it's healthy...but y'know, it's still a chocolate chip cookie 😋 🍪

It's locally wild-harvested and it's native to the Sonoran desert.

We combine it with our white Sonoran wheat to get you a deliciously different cookie for the whole family.
