Hola Tucson!!! I’m so excited to announce that I will be having a donation bake sale for the Boys & Girls Club Holmes Tuttle Branch Keystone Club!

Here are the details in the words of the Program Director Jiovanna Gortarez:

“Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson is a local organization where we serve communities of children 7-18 who need us most. The Holmes Tuttle Branch is currently working diligently through its Keystone Club to send some dedicated teens on an out of state college tour of some Southern California universities and colleges. Keystone Club is a character and leadership development program where teen members can do community service projects, learn social and professional skills, and learn to fundraise in order to meet clubhouse specific goals. This year, Holmes Tuttle’s Keystone Club is fundraising to take themselves on a college tour to UCLA, USC, and some other colleges in Southern California, and also treating themselves to a trip to Disneyland- for most for the very first time. We are currently about $1,000 short of our goal and are hoping to achieve or exceed this goal by June 1st. Please help take some teens out of state and make some dreams come true!”

Jio is a past student of mine and I am so proud of the work she is doing with our communities youth. Please help me in helping her achieve her goal of taking these teens to California.

Allow me to reintroduce Bolita Bakery to you all.

Exactly 2.5 years ago, mid pandemic, I took a leap of faith and launched a home bakery out of an apartment kitchen.

The support I have received since then is incredible. I have met countless amazing people doing something I truly enjoy. Thank you Tucson for allowing me to bake for you.

I brought in the year intending to give a little more of myself to Bolita. I’ve dabbled in specialty pre-order boxes and did roscas for the first time. I also did huge markets with and that really pushed my limits as a full time teacher baking on the weekends.

I realized it was finally time that the branding of Bolita reflects the happiness and love that goes into it. I love the new face of Bolita and I hope you will too!

Spring (and looks like summer too) is here! Celebrate the warmer weather with some delicious lemon based treats made with local organic lemons from !

Each Spring Lemon Box comes with one of each of the following:

¡Hola Tucson! Happy Saturday!

I am so excited to announce that I am making my debut this year! I finally worked up the courage to apply and I will be popping up with so many amazing creators and artists in just 15 DAYS!

This is definitely my largest market to date and I'm hoping I can see all of you there. I will have all of your Bolita favorites and maybe some surprises too. Can't wait!!

Are you ready for Rodeo Weekend?! We're celebrating with a Rodeo Bake Sale. Get our delicious Cowboy Bolotas this weekend! These are a favorite among our amazing customers.

Our Cowboys are packed with chocolate, pecans, coconut, and oats. If you've had our cowboy cookies at a recent pop up, these bolotas are DOUBLE in size. Weighing in at 6oz, these cookies will fill you up enough to partake in all of the Tucson Rodeo festivities.
