Good evening everyone. It has been awhile since I have posted. Hope everyone is blessed and doing well. I have been enjoying my time with my kiddos and just taking time to watch them grow.
I wanted to take a moment share for a second. My daughter that is 15 and loves to bake (as most of you already know) has made her very first sourdough bread . 🍞
She has done far more baking then I ever have.. she also only bakes from scratch. From breads to macarons and tarts and so much more.
I am blessed and thrilled she is her own person.. Renee's gift that she wanted as her #1 request for Christmas was a dutch oven. She finally used it this weekend.
Well not only did she make her own Sourdough starter (over 2 weeks to grow the bacteria/ yeast that she would go FEED .... EVERY DAY) she did an amazing job and the taste was on point.
Here is her outcome. 🫶🏽❤️😋

For anyone new that stumbles on my page.
My name is Sara. I have been baking a very long time, I pride myself in baking from scratch, all baked goodies are fresh, & never frozen. I started my business in 2021. I have amazing kids that love to read and play basketball 7, 10, 15. You will notice I take breaks from baking here and there because being a mom is most important to me and to them. Momming, Baking and Spreadsheets are my passion.
I love being present at games, practices and EVERYTHING else my kids do and accomplish. I do take orders in advance. I am unable to take last minute orders.
I love to plan ahead and keep on a tight schedule.
