Golden semolina flour gives this loaf its sunny crumb, a subtle sweetness, and that tender-yet-chewy bite. Then we roll it in a thick coat of sesame seeds that toast in the oven into a crackly, nutty crust you’ll hear before you taste. 🔥

Slow-fermented, hand-shaped, and baked fresh. Perfect for toast, sandwiches, or tearing off the end on the way home (we won’t tell).

Tart cranberries and toasted pecans folded into our naturally leavened sourdough, baked dark for a crackly, caramelized crust. It’s great toasted with salted butter, makes a killer turkey sandwich, and holds up beautifully next to a cheese board.
