Lydia’s Baking Personal Blog Pastries are handmade from scratch on site. Gourmet sandwiches, pastries and desserts. Drive thru, walk in or dine outside.

Breakfast items include breakfast burrito with sausage, egg, and pepperjack; breakfast bagel with American cheese, cheddar cheese, egg and ham; croissant with ham, applewood-smoke bacon, swiss, cheddar toasted. Coffee, espresso-based beverages, Italian sodas, 100% fruit smoothies and ice cream.

As we prepare to turn the page on this incredible chapter, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude. Over the past six years, this business has been more than just a place of work—it’s been a community, a family, and a dream come true.

Thank you for the outpouring of love, thoughtful gifts, and kind words as we transition to this next phase. We’ve had the privilege of meeting so many wonderful people along the way, and those connections will stay with us forever.

While this is goodbye to this role, we hope it’s not goodbye to you. We look forward to seeing you “on the other side of the counter!”
