Shout out to Arianna Nichols!!! Ari has worked for me for 4+ years. When she started she was this shy reserved 15year old with no baking experience. To say she has blossomed in these 4+ years is an understatement. She has grown into an exceptional employee, enhanced her creative skills, and embraced her decorating and baking skills!!! Every year for the past few years I have let Ari decorate my birthday cake (cause who wants to make their own cake), she knocked it out of the park this year!!! I am so proud of the little baker and decorator she has become!!! She is like my third kid, love this girl to pieces!!! Thank you Ari!!!!
