One year of slinging breads and pastries in East County!

​As some of you know, I launched this business after a few big life changes. After years of baking professionally, I reached a point where standard baker’s hours just didn't fit family life anymore—so I brought the bakehouse home.

​What started as a weekend side hustle has turned into my full-time job and the foundation for my kids and me. The three of us are beyond grateful for every single person who has stopped by our stand. Your support has given us so much hope and joy!

​Looking Ahead:
I’m taking a short break from the Troutdale Farm Market stand for a few weeks to catch my breath and do some behind-the-scenes restructuring so we can keep growing.
​🥖 Market Update: A limited selection of breads and cookies will still be at the Troutdale market, but my full stand will be back soon.
​🥐 R&D Season: I’m diving into test baking—finger's crossed for croissants and more pastries this fall!
​💻 Website Coming Soon: I’m finishing up our site so online ordering can launch shortly.

We are at First Friday in downtown Troutdale tonight from 5pm-9pm! Come visit!

We will not be at our normal Friday stand at the Troutdale Farm Market this week, but we will be there next Friday!

We now have limited amounts of sourdough starter kits! Each one comes with a spurtle, tea towel, instructions and vinyl sticker of your choice.
