NOW BAKING IN COLLABORATION WITH SUGARPINE DRIVE-IN 🍪🌿
Excited to be working with the crew at Sugarpine Drive-In this Spring.
We developed a cookie lineup to match their “Garden Party” menu—pulling in Mediterranean and Levantine ingredients while keeping things rooted in familiar, nostalgic flavors.
At Willow & Fern Bakery, everything is made in small batches with a focus on classic technique, high quality ingredients, locally milled flours, and seasonality.
Salted Oat–Date & Walnut Chocolate Chip
A nod to Turkish pastry traditions—oats, walnuts, and chopped dates folded into a classic chocolate chip base. Toasty, nutty, chocolatey.
Strawberry–Tahini Cookie (Plant-Based)
A Levantine take on peanut butter and jelly—nutty sesame, perfectly chewy dried strawberries, sweet, savory and nutty.
