We will not be opened tomorrow. We assumed we would be able to open immediately after construction finished, but we were unable to put the kitchen back together with the time we had. We will absolutely be prepped and ready to reopen on friday with our full menu! We are really so sorry about how long this has taken, we will try our best to inform everyone more accurately in the future. Thank you all so much for following our journey, and we miss you all so much ❤️

Unfortunately, construction at Melba's is taking longer than expected. We will be closed this weekend, as well as Monday and Tuesday. We will be reopening on Thursday the 14th! We miss you all and hope to see you then! Thank you for understanding!

Thank you to everyone that came out and supported us today! The first time we ever served drinks to the Trenton community was during the Teapot Festival in 2025! We have grown so much in a year, and we are continuing to grow! We are so thankful to everyone that has been there since day one, and also for every person that tried us for the first time today ❤️

We understand this is terrible timing, but unfortunately, we are going to have to be closed for a few days for some necessary structural improvements, which means we will be closed until this coming Saturday the 9th. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to see you all next Saturday!

Today, we are also introducing our bagels! Our bagels are made by our wonderful partner, SR Sourdough Micro Bakery! We are so proud of this partnership, and will be expanding our sandwich menu very soon with their fresh baked sourdough!
