Say hello to this new tasty creation!!

It's an Upside Down Éclair Rusk with Fluffy Bavarian Buttercream and Crushed Dark Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans 😍

What in the world is an éclair rusk you ask? It is a traditional choux pastry éclair that gets twice baked to drastically reduce the moisture content. There's more to the actual process, but I won't bore you with those details ☺️. The important part is that this process not only makes it shelf-stable, but it gives it a delightful crunchy texture! I like to think of it as the éclairs cousin to a biscotti.

So if you're in the mood for a unique interpretation on a traditional éclair, come on out to the Trego Community Market tomorrow to treat yourself to this debuting pastry delicacy!

If it's raining, I'll still be there...I'll just be chilling inside at the Trego Pub and Eatery 😁

Lemon Drizzling has occurred!!

I'm always trying to use natural flavoring in my recipes whenever possible, and this lemon icing is no different. This recipe uses organic freeze dried lemon powder, and let me tell ya...it packs a zesty tart punch!

Lemon Drizzle Rhubarb Cakes now available! I'm going to try my hardest to make it to the Trego Community Market on Thursday, so I hope to see you there at the Trego Pub and Eatery!

Unfortunately I'm not going to make it up to the Trego Community Market today. There are just too many things to do between the day job and getting ready for the Backwoods Accordion Festival!

Here's a little sneak peak at one of the new snacks coming to the Accordion Festival...cherry toffee covered popcorn anyone?! 😉

Not gonna lie, the process of making toffee covered popcorn is WAY more time consuming than I planned on, but that's just part of the gig when you're trying something new. A little trial and error is good for staying humble 😁

Hopefully I'll be seeing y'all Saturday! Come hungry ❤️

Heading over to the Trego Pub soon with LOTS of tasty treats to sell at the Community Market!

I keep meaning to post about some of the new products, but time and memory keeps getting the best of me...until today 😁

So I don't know about you all, but I'm trying to do the whole 'eat more protein ' thing, and I'm always on the lookout for a healthy, but low prep snack.

This protein trail mix is my new fav! I have 2 flavors, Dark Chocolate Super Berry and Vanilla Blueberry, which are both loaded with protein and antioxidants.

Let me tell ya, these trail mixes got CRUNCH!!

I included some nutritional facts in case there are people interested. Side note, these are the facts for the 5 oz bags, not the 8 oz bags. The 8 oz bags are 4 servings per bag

I was bummed that I missed opening day last week, but made it this week and had a great evening out at Trego Pub!
