Yum! Spinach cake!
The fresh spinach gives it this beautiful green color naturally-and it does NOT taste like spinach at all but you get the benefits of this great veggie. I used vanilla bean paste and applesauce for a great vanilla flavor. THINK SPRING!🌹🌷🌼🌸
