When we started out as a bakery at the in the summer of 2019 and grew into a restaurant in 2022 we scarcely could have dreamed that we’d receive any recognition like this. Thank you to all of you who have supported us and lifted us up along the way - you know who you are.

Chawanmushi, roasted corn, pickled corn, crab, smoked trout roe

Every year we take last of the season corn and preserve it for future use. Usually there’s no plan and it’s just something available in the pantry. This year we pickled all the kernels, and made a stock out of charred corn cobs. The stock became the base for this chawanmushi which made sense to pair with some awesome crab from our friends at and the aforementioned pickled corn kernels. Hope you all enjoy!
