“My dad’s name is Terry and he’s the heart of Ace Welding basically. It’s kind of hard to describe in a less awkward way 😂 he’s owned the business for a hell of a long time and it’s the only job he’s ever had since childhood. He loves “the guys” that work with him to make the dream happen. I’m not exactly sure what makes it an awesome place to work, but I think at the heart of it is that my dad will take care of those guys and their families because he truly cares about them. Sometimes that’s hard to come by in a boss I think 🙃 My dad said the shop opened in 1980 and was working there when his Dad Sylvester “Bess” started the business. He was in payroll then and earned his way to sole owner by the time his dad died.”

Ace Welding began back in January of 1980 by Sylvester “Bess” Walters and it has remained a family owned and operated business since. Ace Welding has grown into a very successful business because they always take pride in taking care of their customers with high quality work.
Terry Walters, the youngest son of Bess, runs the business today. He has worked with his father since they built the walls of the company over 30 years ago.
