Always thankful for cake orders, even when they are few and far between!

Every time I make one, I remember why I love doing it so much… and also why I can’t do it too often. 😂 It is a lot of work, but it is always fun getting to be creative and make something special for someone.

Yes, I know it’s been a while! I’ve been busy with other projects, himeschooling 3 kids and entertaining an almost 2 yr old 🤪 but… I was asked to do this cake by a friend, even though I dread any sheet cake, I agreed to make it. So this is a 3 layer sweet potato cake with cream cheese icing. Hope she enjoys it tomorrow!!

We had a movie night at home with her friends and it was the zombies 4 movie. That’s where the night and day themed cake idea came from.

First time making these loaf cakes! They were super fun to make! I’ll have more available on December 13 at our homeschool craft fair! I’ll post the flavors when we figure that out!

Couldn’t let my sister and a friend from church, go without a cake for their birthdays 😊

Oreo cake- marble cake, chocolate mousse filling, Oreo icing and chocolate ganache.

Sweet potato cake- sweet potato cake with cream cheese icing.

Summer begins and I have a little time to make a few cakes for friends and family!

The Starbucks cake was a coffee flavored cake with caramel buttercream and caramel drip. Cupcakes were chocolate and vanilla cake, half had vanilla buttercream and half had caramel buttercream.

The wedding cake was chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting and the cupcakes were strawberry, vanilla and red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting.

Changed it up a bit. I usually do a dollop of Oreo icing since it doesn’t pipe well, so I used the filling icing and was able to make it prettier! What do y’all think?
