Friday was our 38th wedding anniversary & we couldn't find a cake baker. Hermitage Bakery no longer makes them. Ligo's sold to a storage company. This yellow cake was made for us but I wouldn't recommend it. Tomorrow I will get my new range. I'll make my own cakes.

The sudden loss of our beautiful outdoor cat, Queen Caterina, is a shock. She was found dead in her enclosure. The day before, she was showing signs she may be sick. We estimate she was 6 years old.

I am recovering from a heart attack I had on December 10, 2024. My heart stopped and now, after 21 years, so has my oven. I will be back to baking as soon as I can.
