The Cookies & Scream is what happens when we decide a normal cookies-and-cream cookie simply isn’t enough.

We packed homemade Oreo pieces into a vanilla cookie, then added:
Oreo buttercream.

Chocolate ganache.

Yes… this one is GLUTEN-FREE. 😱

And no, we did not make it boring.

The Strawberry Scream Cheesecake starts with a rich gluten-free chocolate cookie and gets buried under creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberry sauce, and chocolate ganache.

Basically cheesecake met a giant cookie and decided October needed more drama.
