This time, it's ok to play with your food! This chess cake is 100% edible, so feel free to snack on the pieces you capture while playing the game. The cake is a 12" square chocolate fudge cake with chocolate buttercream, topped with a fondant chess board. The pieces are white and milk chocolate.
