Orders close tonight at 6 PM, and after this Saturday’s pickup, there won’t be another bake day until the end of June.

If you’d like to stock up on fresh sourdough, bagels, English muffins, or blueberry muffin crumble bars, be sure to get your order in before the deadline.

✨ Fresh Milled Blueberry Muffin Crumble Bars ✨

Made with a browned butter cookie base, homemade blueberry compote, cinnamon streusel, and freshly milled whole grain flour. Think blueberry muffin meets dessert bar!

These beautiful eggs come from hens raised on pasture with high-quality feed — rich yolks, strong shells, and incredible flavor. Perfect for breakfast, baking, and nourishing meals. 🐓☀️

♻️ Egg Carton Return Credit:
Bring back your clean egg cartons when you purchase another dozen and receive a small credit toward your eggs! We love reusing cartons when possible and keeping things simple and sustainable.

Our hens are raised on pasture with access to fresh air, sunshine, bugs, and grasses — producing eggs with rich yolks and incredible flavor. Organic corn- and soy-free feed can also be a great option for those with sensitivities or those looking for a more traditional, nutrient-dense food source.

The eggs are from the Knoxville Mill & Bake Co. chickens you probably see when you pick up your orders 🐓

To all the moms in the thick of motherhood — the late nights, the messy kitchens, the endless snacks, the warm hugs, the hard days, and the beautiful little moments in between — today we celebrate you.

Thank you for supporting our small family bakery, for filling your tables with our fresh milled sourdough, and for allowing us to be a small part of your family traditions.

I’m especially thankful to spend this season home with my babies, baking for our community, and building something meaningful one loaf at a time. Your support truly means more than you know.
