🏈🌊 Sometimes, in the kitchen, things go a bit "offside," but the result is always a touchdown of deliciousness! 🌟💙 This NFL Miami Dolphins cake was quite the adventure, and I'm excited to share the tale with you all! 😅

🍰🏈 From batter mishaps to frosting fumbles, it seemed like the game was against me! But, like true champions, we rallied on, and the end zone was worth it! 🎉 The taste of victory in every bite made all the kitchen fumbles worth it! 🙌🏼💕

🎉 The real MVP? The 12-year-old boy who was the ultimate fan, cheering me on through every "interception"! His excitement was the driving force behind this bake, and seeing his eyes light up made it all worth it! 🤩🎈

I had the crazy notion of baking my own wedding cake 🤪😂. It turned out great! I had a blast baking and creating the top tier with my niece; It was such a memorable experience to share with her. My husband (I haven't adjusted to saying that yet) and I have been together for 8 years, and that explains my cake topper 😊🥰

I've been so busy recently that I haven't posted this mango tart i baked weeks ago. This is a mango tart with a vanilla bean pastry cream and a lime shortbread crust. It was so delicious to eat! Usually I have anxiety when I bake because I want everything to turn out perfectly (this almost never happens 😂). For this tart everything went smoothly and I thoroughly enjoyed baking it.

My brother-in-law celebrated his 40th birthday this past month! He isn't a big cake person so I was super excited when my sister asked me to bake one for him! This was my first number cake and I love how it turned out.

I made a deal with my nephew that if he got his grades up I'd make him a cake. He requested a chocolate peanut butter cake with Reese's puffs on the outside and Thundercats on the top. I can't wait to cut into this bad boy, I rarely get to eat the cakes I make 😂😊.

I forgot to post this beauty from a few weeks ago. I made this for a close friend for his 50th! He's an avid poker player and I wanted to highlight that in his cake. This was a chocolate cake with Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
