The Mad Batter Bakery

The Mad Batter Bakery I create unique, custom cakes and or cupcakes for any occasion. My name is Lynn, I am a stay-at-home mother of 4. and I've done quite a few over the years.

I started creating cakes about 10 years ago, for my children's birthdays. Friends, family, and community members began asking me to make cakes for their events (birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, etc.) I stopped for about 5 years due to health issues, but am starting to get back in the swing of things. I have never had formal training and did not attend culinary school, I've practiced and studied

and continue to learn new methods and improve my skill set. Creating custom cakes is a form of art, it takes patience, time skill, determination, and creativity and is one of my greatest passions. I love creating sculpted cakes and love working with fondant. I create all of my cake toppers and decor by hand, and often hand paint the cakes I've made. I am up for any challenge, the more unique the better!
