🌾🍞 BIG NEWS FROM H&A SOURDOUGH BAKERY! 🍞🌾

We have been keeping a BIG secret, and we’re finally ready to share it!

✨ Introducing the H&A Sourdough Baking & Learning Center! ✨

We are transforming the former café space next to our adventure at Fairlawn Plaza into our very own commercial kitchen, test kitchen, and hands-on learning center!

But this space will be so much more than just a kitchen!

Sourdough Classes will be available! An opportunity for hands-on learning the art of sourdough baking! 🍞

🎒 School Field Trips! Instead of bringing baking demonstrations into classrooms, we’re bringing classrooms to the bakery! Students will get to explore the science, math, and creativity behind baking while experiencing a real working bakery.

♥️ Family nights! Bring your little one for a fun night together. "Muffins with Mom" & "Dough day with Dad" is the vision we have in mind 🫶🏼

👩‍🍳 Commercial Kitchen & Test Kitchen – A space to expand our production, experiment with new recipes, and continue growing!

This will be a LIVE viewing station 24/7... there won't be any walls covering up the mixing, the shaping, and most importantly THE BAKING! So pull up a seat and watch the magic happen!

We are beyond thankful to Fairlawn Plaza for believing in our vision and helping make this dream a reality! ♥️

Our space is still a work in progress, but we couldn’t wait to share this exciting next chapter with you.

🤍 A Little Update from H&A Sourdough Bakery 🤍

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we unfortunately won’t be stocking the store with fresh baked goods today.

I’ve been handling some things behind the scenes that have required my attention, which has shifted our baking schedule.

Here’s what you need to know:

🥖 We will still be OPEN today for anyone who wasn’t able to pick up their preorders yesterday.

🥖 All preorders scheduled for today will be moved to tomorrow, unless we’ve already discussed and arranged a different pickup day.

🥖 We will not be restocking the store with fresh baked goods today.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We’re doing our best to get everything back on schedule while juggling a few unexpected things behind the scenes.

Thank you all for your patience, grace, and continued support. Running a small family bakery comes with its challenges, and we’re incredibly thankful for the amazing community that continues to support us through it all. 🤎

Our pre order table is exploding with love. Thank you guys for all of your patience and support this week.

We are open and fully stocked with muffins and loafs.

Everything bagel seasoning

Apple cinnamon

Hi everyone that had pre orders today! ❤️ I wanted to reach out and let you know that we are running a little behind on today’s preorders due to an unexpected loss in our family.

We are still working hard to get everyone’s orders ready, but pickup may be a little later than originally planned.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience, understanding, and grace during this difficult time. I will keep you updated as your order gets closer to being ready.
