Retirement Announcement

The time has come, it's been a great run but I've decided to shut down Dough Re MeMe.

I have loved baking for so many amazing Family, Old Friends and New Friends these past 3+ years and I thank you all for the memories.

Now is a great time for doing things with Tom that we just haven't had the time to do in the past and being there more often for the kids and grandkids when they need me.

So for those reasons, I'm shutting down the baking business.

Thanks again ..... you have blessed my life, each and every one of you with your trust and support!

Greetings to all my friends and followers! It's been quite a while since I've posted .... I'll blame it on retirement from my "Full time job" and giving myself permission to kick back and enjoy a slower pace.
But I did want to let you all know I am still baking and open for orders.

I won't be doing any markets anytime soon but that just means I have plenty time to bake more for YOUR specific wants and needs!

Happy New Year!

Today marks the beginning of my quest to see what can happen with this new found "retirement" time!

I'm ready to start learning more in the kitchen, stretching my skills and offering up new treats!

In the meantime, while I may have "retired" from my corporate job, Dough Re MeMe is open and ready to bake for you!

I'll be updating as new treats become available!

Hello to you all that follow MeMe!

I've been quiet lately and haven't been out at the Mall at the Vendor Market due to preparing for my upcoming Retirement from my "Job".

You all know that Baking isn't a "job" to me, it's my joy!

So I'm excited to say that in less than 2 weeks I'll be enjoying my baking time - full time! So I hope you'll all remember me when you need/want some baked goods and help keep my retirement busy!

Happy almost Thanksgiving! I've been busy baking this morning and have 4 - 1/2 dz size pans of Cinnamon Rolls Available. $15 each ready for your families holiday celebration.

Just 2 weeks until Thanksgiving, do you need MeMe to make some of your goodies for you?

Maybe some Pumpkin Muffins, Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins. Other ideas might be Cinnamon Rolls or Bacon/Cheddar Scones for the morning hours.

Of course you could order some cookies (Pecan pie, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip, Sugar Cookies) for munching.

Just some ideas .... but I need to have your order in the next week or so to make sure I can get everything done in time.

Just wanted to drop a note about the upcoming holidays.

I'm not sure that I'll be making it to the Vendor Market in November since my schedule and the vendor dates just don't jive well.

So I'm letting everyone know, so that you can order for the holidays for pick up here at my house at your convenience!

Think Breakfast for family and friends:
* Cinnamon Rolls - Regular or Bacon Maple
* NY Style Crumb Cake
* Cheddar Bacon Sweet Jalapeno Biscuit
* Cheddar Bacon Scones

Seasonal Favorites:
* Maple Pecan Scones
* Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
* Cranberry Orange Muffins

That's a few ideas of mine but feel free to ask me if you have a favorite

I just saw the floor plan for tomorrow and my table will be against the back wall. So don't peek in and then think I didn't make it 😂

So great being back in the kitchen baking.

*** I'm also going to be adding a new item to the list....NY Style Crumb Cake.
This was a special request from a friend from the New York/New Jersey area. And the test taste was a big success both with him and my built in taste tester.

It's a not overly sweet coffee cake kind of cake with a thick crumble top - an 8x8 size cake - $10

I'll have pictures later this week.
