These cookies were a labor of love! ❤️ Working with chocolate can be tricky, and our first few batches weren’t quite there. Our goal was to create a cookie that captures the crackly top and fudgy goodness of a brownie in every bite.

The secret? Using quality chocolate, the temperature of ingredients and the order in which ingredients are mixed together. The result? Glossy Brownie Cookies! ✨
