ORDERING POLICY:
All orders MUST be placed at least 2 weeks prior to event date. Some seasons are crazier than others, so the more lead time we have, the more likely we are able to take your order request. Orders placed within two weeks of event are subject to a rush fee if there is availability. Order slots will not be held if a 50% (non-refundable) deposit is not left, and paid for in full 1 wee
k prior. *If we book up before a deposit is left, we may not be able to complete your order request*
We will try our best to accommodate last minute orders but we cannot jeopardize the quality of our product for our clients who order on time. We understand last minute orders happen, but can mess with our baking and decoration production, meaning people who ordered on time may suffer unintentionally. We kindly ask that you place your orders well in advanced. ORDERS WILL NOT BE TAKEN OR PRICES GIVEN OVER FACEBOOK. Please, email, come in, or call the store for ALL orders. Order confirmation MUST be over the phone or in person one week prior.
