September is almost here, and I’m so excited to kick off our Autumn Days Collection with a menu full of those cozy, in-between-season flavors I’ve been craving!

For our first week, we’re starting with a little bit of apple, a little bit of pecan, and plenty of fresh-from-the-oven goodness:

I’m especially excited about the new additions this week! We’re easing our way into fall now, and as September goes on, the flavors are only going to get better. 🎃🍂

Preorders are now OPEN and close Thursday at 8 PM. Saturday morning pickup as usual!

Everything is made from scratch in small batches and fresh baked with faith & love. 🤎

AUTUMN DAYS ARE COMING TO MANNA & HONEY BAKES! 🍎🤎

There’s just something about September that feels like the beginning of all the cozy things — cooler mornings eventually (Texas, please cooperate 😂), warm spices, apples, pecans, and all those comforting fall flavors.

I’m so excited to introduce our Autumn Days September Collection! This month will be a mix of familiar favorites and brand-new seasonal bakes, with different items making their way onto the weekly menus throughout September.

Because apparently I wasn’t done putting apples into everything yet… 😂 And this one might just be one of my favorites.

Meet the Cinnamon Apple Sourdough! 🍎🍞

Our homemade sourdough gets a cozy harvest twist with sweet apples and warm cinnamon baked right into the loaf. It’s slightly sweet, still has that sourdough goodness we love, and I can already imagine it toasted in the morning with a little butter… or, even better, a spoonful of our homemade Apple Butter. 🤤

We’re holding onto all the cozy apple goodness for one more week — because when something is this good, you don’t rush past it. 🥹 And since those Apple Pie Cinnamon Rolls were so loved last week, they’re officially BACK by popular demand!

🍎 NEW: Apple Pie Cinnamon Rolls! 🍎

Okayyy, this one might be my new favorite. 🤎

Soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with all those warm cinnamon-sugar flavors, topped with gooey spiced apples, cream cheese icing, and an apple pie drizzle. Basically, everything you love about a homemade apple pie wrapped up in a cinnamon roll. 🥧✨

They’re sweet, messy, cozy, and officially joining the August Harvest Collection at Manna & Honey Bakes!

These will be available for preorder + at the farmstand next weekend while supplies last! 🍎

The cozy bakes are starting to make their way back into Manna & Honey Bakes, and I couldn’t be more excited. 🥹🍁 There’s just something about fresh bread in the oven, warm cinnamon and apples, and a kitchen that smells like fall that makes my heart happy. The first week of August Harvest Collection is bringing a little bit of that cozy feeling to your table. 🤎

I’ll be baking Traditional Sourdough, Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough, Apple Pie Cinnamon Rolls, Apple Cider Donuts, and homemade Apple Butter — all made from scratch right here in my kitchen. 🍞🍎
