Unexpectedly our proofing fridge for the bagels had a thermometer issue! We got a tech out here to diagnose and begin repairs ASAP but the fridge must be turned off for a minimum of 24 hours before we can re-cool it and make sure the repair was successful.

We are closed this weekend for the repair and are planning to re-open on Tuesday, June 2nd!!! Please stay updated and inform your friends and neighbors that we are doing everything we can to get back up and running for you all!

Unfortunately, our bagel fridge thermometer failed! The fridge was periodically not cooling properly. 😫 To safely serve y'all bagels we will complete repairs ASAP; the fridge must remain turned off for 24 hours before service can begin.
