There’s some new faces around here, so I figured I’d introduce my self.
I’m Sheila Blue, owner of Victory Pie Company.
I’ve always believed pie is about more than food. It’s about people, comfort, and community. After losing my only brother, Mark, in Afghanistan, my life changed forever. Mark was not only my brother, but one of my best friends. We shared a love for baking, friendly cooking competitions, and countless conversations about food , especially my chicken pot pie, which he always asked me to make.
After his passing, I felt a deep calling to serve the families and veterans carrying the weight of sacrifice. In 2012, I started a small meal planning company with one purpose: to support veterans, widows, and orphans through the work we did every day. That little dream eventually grew into Victory Pie Company.
Today, every pie we make by hand represents love, service, and community. Inspired by the spirit of the Victory Gardens of World War II, we proudly give back to organizations supporting veterans and their families. For us, it has never been just about food. It’s about honoring those who serve and creating a place where people can gather, connect, and feel at home.
