Inspiration
We appreciate the inspiration pictures and will do our best to follow our clients’ requests to create their cookies just the way request them. Keep in mind that colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than you may perceive. Product Photography
We take photos, lots of them! If for any reason you would not like your order
to be photographed and posted on social media, please let us know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with us. Payment Due & Refunds
You pay, we’ll bake. Payment is structured so that we can get all the fabulous supplies needed to make your awesome cookies. The date of the event is considered “booked” upon payment in full. If canceling 10% is non-refundable if you should cancel prior to two weeks of the delivery/pick up date. If order is canceled within two weeks of the delivery/pick up date, 50% is non-refundable. Already picked up your order? While we want you to love your cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies with 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. We will then determine if a credit may be issued for a future order. No Show = No Cookies
Not showing up to the agreed upon pick up time & location forfeits your order. However, need to reschedule….no worries! Please reach out two days prior to your pickup time to make changes. Price Adjustments
All prices are subject to change. Prices do increase with the detail/intricacy of design work and the number of different colors you request. Prices are also dictated by ingredient cost. We are always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to all our clients. This means we can’t honor old pricing. Delivery
We will deliver but within a 10-mile radius of Tomah, WI and of Wisc. Rapids, WI. If delivery location is within a 10-to-25-mile radius then a $10 charge will be applied to your final payment. Anything over 25 miles will be considered for an additional charge over and above $10. It’s All Yours
Once you pick up your order, what happens to your cookies is all on you! Keep ‘em safe, keep ‘em cool, and keep ‘em away from those sneaky pets and kids! (At least until the party, of course!)
Cottage Food Laws, Allergy & Dietary Warning
This order has been made in home kitchens that have not been inspected. Our kitchens are not nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free. We operate under the Wisconsin State Cottage Food Laws. We are prohibited to ship cookies. To be aware, baked good are often made with foods with known allergens. Julia Louise Cookie Co., LLC cannot attempt to reduce allergens in your cookies. As mentioned, we do have known allergens in our homes such as: tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, dairy, corn, gluten, and eggs. You agree to notify guests of allergen risks and hold us harmless for any allergic reaction. Finally….Let us Know
