🌧️ BAGEL EMERGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT 🌧️

Friends… we have officially been out-rained. ☔🥯

As many of you know, Sundays are our happy place at the Tolland Green Market — but tomorrow’s forecast is looking less “bagels in the sunshine” and more “artisan soup.”

When the annual pancake breakfast gets cancelled… and even the Memorial Day parade waves the white flag… you know Mother Nature means business.

So unfortunately, we won’t be at the market tomorrow. Trust me — I considered tiny raincoats for the bagels, but management said no.

We’ll miss seeing all your familiar faces, hearing “I’ll just take a half dozen” turn into “actually make it two,” and watching flavors disappear at record speed.

Stay dry, stay cozy, and maybe honor the occasion by eating carbs indoors.

We’ll be back next Sunday — hopefully with sunshine, bagels, and significantly less weather-related betrayal. ❤️🥯

WOW. You guys are unbelievable. ❤️🥯

First off HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to all you moms, dog moms and according to my daughter "Stuffie Moms" because after all shes a "mom" to about 197,000 stuffies! And to my beautiful wife Nicole Hackner-Glass you are the glu"ten" that holds this family dough together!

We sold out at the Tolland Green Market today in just 48 minutes… yes, I was watching the clock that closely 😂

And our NEW flavor? Gone in FIFTEEN minutes. Fifteen!!

As a small home-based cottage bakery, seeing this kind of support from our local community honestly means everything to us. What started as a passion project in our kitchen has grown because of YOU — the early risers, the regulars, the people who tell their friends, and everyone who waits patiently in line for fresh bagels on a Sunday morning.

THANK YOU for showing up for local small businesses like ours. We truly love being part of this community.
