Since we are officially out of the covid emergency, I am taking orders again. 😊 Busy baking weekend! Started off with Over the Moon fault line baby shower cake. Then graduation cookies, including chocolate chip, cinnayums, oatmeal, and peanutbutterscotch! Congrats to the Bailey family on their new addition and to Isabella on her graduation!

Happy 90th birthday to Grace!
Grace's cake was a full sheet cake made with half Apple Harvest cake, and half Carrot Spice cake. The rich spiced flavors in these wonderfully dense cakes showcase the autumn season perfectly! An excellent compliment to that pumpkin spice latte!

Opening Day Cracker Jack cupcakes!
We took our light and fluffy yellow cupcakes and infused them with homemade caramel. We then topped them with creamy, melt in your mouth caramel buttercream and a drizzle of, you guessed it, more homemade caramel sauce. Topped off with chunks of caramel corn and peanuts. Batter up!

Happy 1st birthday to Titan! This baseball cake was a hit with the first year slugger! This triple play was made in two tiers of our dense chocolate cake. We then rounded out the line up with a final tier of the season favorite, pumpkin carrot spice cake which we topped with fluffy buttercream and marshmallow fondant! Yum! Happy birthday slugger!

Salted caramel brownie cups. Yes, you read that right. Chocolatey carmely goodness in a brownie cup you don't have to share... unless you really want to. We took our fudgy brownie and infused it with luscious salted caramel and then topped it with creamy dreamy salted caramel buttercream. Yummmmmm!

We've been so busy that we haven't posted photos of some of our work recently. We'll have to make up for that. Here's a start...This rustic birch cake is a dense, moist chocolate cake filled with creamy vanilla buttercream and coated in rich chocolate ganache. We then draped it in yummy marshmallow fondant. Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Johnson on their beautiful country wedding!
