Recently our *absurd* HOA told me I need to stop selling bread from my house…yeah ok 😂🙄 I immediately thought “I’m gonna fight this, I’m not stopping” The next day, I went to church and heard “sometimes things that feel like punishment are actually moments of God positioning us for what’s next” and it’s been rattling around in my head ever since. So I took a few weeks off to reset and figure out what to do. Turns out, the rest has been very much needed.

We have SO much going on with our young family (in a great way!) and I need to prioritize my family and my health during this busy season of life. I’ve absolutely loved this journey and I’ve met some really wonderful people along the way. I am so grateful to all who supported me in big and small ways…I’ll never forget it!

I can’t say for sure that this is the end for Little Rhode, because you really never know. I certainly hope not! But for now, it’s time to step back and focus on some more important things. Thank you SO MUCH, and if you’re going to start your own sourdough journey I’m happy to answer questions!

(And no, the HOA absolutely did NOT win. And yes, I will 100% be sending them a letter 😎)

🍞dropping this pumpkin loaf here to let you know a few things!

🦃THANKSGIVING: I am accepting orders for pickup Wednesday 11/26 (day before Thanksgiving) as well as the Saturday before (11/22) If you order for Saturday, just know that sourdough freezes beautifully and you can 100% bring that loaf to dinner! 🧡 Wednesday pickup will be for BREAD ONLY😊 I will not be baking/accepting orders for 11/29. This availability is all reflected on the ordering portal.

📱ORDERING: I have updated my ordering deadline to Wednesdays, as I was receiving orders late Thursday when things were already in motion. I cold proof my sourdough items for about 24 hours & I want to ensure I have plenty of time so that I never have to reject any order requests. The ordering portal is still new for me which is why I continue to tweak some things! Thank you in advance for understanding!

Lots of new friends around here so, just wanted to say hi and share a few things! I am not a Facebook guru by any means (I’ve only been promoting on Instagram since I started this little side passion) so forgive me if this page is lacking 🤪

I’ll be away this weekend so unfortunately orders are closed, but I’ll be back next week for order pickup on Oct 25th!

I take orders up until the Thursday of each week (pickup on Saturdays) and I also put out extra loaves and goodies on Saturdays for first come first served! Typically open by 10:30am unless I post otherwise. My ordering portal is linked on my page but I’ll add it here as well. I am always adding to/updating the menu as the seasons shift and as I work on new recipes!
