Sourdough discard chips are such a great way to avoid waste and it makes a great snack as well! My go to choice is everything seasoning with Parmesan sprinkled all over, but the choices are endless!

I would have never guessed how easy these dark chocolate Milanos would have been to make! They’re super easy and fun to pipe into baking sheets!
I used a 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate to match the store bought flavor and it hit the spot! Definitely will be making again hopefully to make them all more uniform.
