There’s been a lot of work happening lately behind the scenes in preparation for Fall and Winter!

I’m in the process of creating my website over again, testing recipes to make more complicated and more complex tasting pastries, and these little English muffins happen to be a part of that recipe testing for future release!

I had made these once before and they went as quickly as they had arrived! Truly better than the ones from the store, with a more buttery and fluffy bread hidden inside. Currently one of my favorite breakfast items!

Ever wanted to try your hand at sourdough? My dehydrated sourdough starter makes it easy to give it a try. Each packet has clear instructions to rehydrate, feed, and begin baking with the same starter I use for all of my loaves!

Breadwig, my starter, is a year and a half old and has only been fermented naturally! She’s temperamental, like all sourdough starters can be, but makes fantastic bread!

Market mornings are full of anticipation, focus, happiness, and definitely some sleepiness. But it doesn’t stop me from being so grateful that I have the opportunity to do this. I have the ability to run my business and share my goods with others and I couldn’t be happier!

Brand New Sourdough! I’ve wanted to try my hand in a multigrain seeded loaf of bread and I got exactly what I wanted! This loaf is topped with flax seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds and gives a lovely extra nutty flavor to an already delicious sourdough bread.

This is my first time experimenting with inclusions with my sourdough! Good friends of mine and my husband all love a good jalapeño cheddar loaf of bread, so I thought why not try? 🌶️🧀
I think grilled cheese is on the menu with this bread!
