Halloween is here! Preorder is now open, and will close on the 20th. Limited quantities available, so order accordingly.
Pick up options: October 24th from 9am-1pm from my booth at the Lake Oswego Farmers Market.
October 29th or 30th from 9am-1pm from my home in Tigard. I’m located off Beef Bend and 131st, address is provided after order is complete.

I’ve been having people ask how I make my royal icing, so I thought I’d share.

1/2 cup water
1/3 cup meringue powder (I like both Wilton Cake Decorating and Kourtney | Bakety Bake)
4 cups powdered sugar (I prefer C&H Sugar)

The key is not to rush, make sure the meringue powder is fully incorporated before adding the sugar. Once you add the sugar, mix on low until it is completely smooth.

EVENT UPDATE!! I was just added to the Lake Oswego Farmers Market for tomorrow. So I’m just over here baking up a storm.

The market is Saturday July 18th, from 8:30am to 1:30pm. Location: Millennium Plaza City Park. I will be in the roundabout, see you there.
