Veering to the left on my original plan of candy bar fillings, I've decided tomorrow I'm going riff on the Brazilian sweet Brigadeiro. I want to make a couple of small bars to test if it's better as a filling for a white chocolate or milk chocolate bar and I'm going to fold toasted pecans into it for a bit of crunch. For anyone unfamiliar, here's the info on Brigadeiro.

I want to make a few different flavors of candy bars in the next week or so. I want to make a pumpkin pie bar, caramel apple pie bar, a cookie butter bar, and something with cashew butter. I haven't figured out what I want to mix with the cashew butter yet though.

Whoopie Pies: $8ea

Peanut Butter

Oatmeal Pies: $8ea

Cookies: $6ea
Chocolate Chip S'mores
Peanut Butter S'mores
Gooey Galactic Crunch

Tester batch this week of White Chocolate chip red velvet whoopie pies filled with peanut butter filling. Testers will be $5ea if anyone is interested in trying those.

This is going to be the set menu for the time being. I'll be baking on Fridays and freezing anything that isn't ordered ...
