🌳 Finished up two cutting boards this evening. One end grain maple and one end grain oak.

🍁 Maple Board- 1 1/2" thick, 13 1/2" wide, 17 1/2" long. Beautiful colors!!!! All of the wood used came from one single live edge slab. Incredible how many different colors are in one board!

🌰 Oak Board- 1 1/2" thick, 11 1/2" wide, 15" long. Heavy, solid, beautiful!

🐝 Every board comes with a tin of our homemade beeswax/oil that will keep your board looking new for years!

5 cutting boards flattened, juice grooves added, edges routered and now time for a lot of sanding! Three of these are maple, and the other two are hickory. They are gonna look incredible once they take their oil bath! Great Christmas presents! 🎅

We spent the morning drum sanding! A customer wanted their tool box top refinished. He just got his MACsimizer box repainted, so he needs a nice top! Wish I would have taken a before photo! She was in rough shape! We stripped and sanded the original finish/oil stains/dents/holes away. Stained per customer request and now will put a nice protective finish on!

Glue, glue and more glue! Gonna be a busy weekend drum sanding all of these boards! We will have maple end grain, maple face grain, hickory end grain and hickory face grain boards all available soon! (Maple in the clamps is two boards. Top will be end grain and the bottom face grain. Pictures do zero justice on what they will look like finished.) More to come.

Glued together 3 hickory cutting boards this weekend. Here is one of the end grains! Now to sand and finish! This one is HEAVY! As it sits now, it's 1.5 inches thick, 15.25 inches wide and 18 inches long. I think I will be adding a walnut end grain border to this one! It will be a massive chopping block and will be available for purchase.
