The farmstand got its Halloween makeover today, and I may have gotten a little carried away with the spiderwebs. 😂 But if we’re going spooky, we’re going FULL spooky.

Ghosts are out. Witches have moved in. Spiders have taken over.

Sometimes the coolest opportunities come from just making something because you think it’ll be fun. 🖤

I made Mothman & Bigfoot cookies for Cryptid Week at the farmstand, and those little guys caught the attention of Bookish on Main! They asked me to make some for their author signing with Eden Crowe, author of the Small Town Monster Romance books. 📚🍪

So today I got to drop off cryptid cookies for a monster romance signing, meet the author, and of course leave with a few new books because I have absolutely no self-control in a bookstore. 😂

And then came the craziest little small-world moment — while we were talking, we discovered Eden and I had actually been in the same sorority and are even connected through the same sister line! What are the odds?!

Seeing her holding my Mothman & Bigfoot cookies while wearing that AMAZING Mothman hat pretty much made my whole day. 😂🖤

If you’re anywhere near Jackson today, go stop by Bookish on Main, meet Eden, grab a signed book (or three 👀), and snag a cryptid cookie while you’re there! Her books are only $12 each, so this is your sign to try a little monster romance. 📚🦋👣

Thank you Bookish on Main and Eden for including SugarStone Hollow in such a fun event! I’m continually amazed by the places these weird little ideas of mine end up taking me.

Cryptid cookies are heading to Creekside Outdoors & Homestead LLC and Willow Wood Antique Mall today! It will probably be around 2:00 give or take.
And then they are heading to Bookish on Main Saturday for their Author event!
You won’t want to miss meeting Eden Crowe and the chance to grab her Mothman and Bigfoot books!
