From the garden to the table is a great day. Everything (except the grassfed beef) in my spaghetti sauce came from our garden. The lovely 3 different variety of tomatoes, basil, oregano, garlic, and onion, all harvested fresh. The pasta was freshly made with all organic and pastured raised ingredients. The chocolate pie was old school on the stove filling. I used all organic ingredients, including cocoa, grass-fed butter and pasture raised chicken eggs, ancient grain flour, vanilla, and sucanat. The pie crust was freshly baked with Einkorn. Whew, it took all day but so worth it!

“I can plant my own flowers” lol
In Miley’s video she is doing some exercise with a rope or something idk lol but it looked intense… I have a “weather Cant make up its mind” headache so this is the best I could muster. But I fought through the fog and spent some time in the feral yard. Praying for rain but watering anyway. Seems like a little extra time in the garden helps everything.
May your Friday be blessed 💚
