And that's a wrap! Never in our wildest dreams did we think we would sell through 100% of our ready to consume products so quickly. That is a testament to the wonderful family you have become and the amazing support you have given over the years.

This means that our little gluten free bakery is officially closed. We have taken off our gloves, cooled the ovens and hung our aprons for the last time. BUT don't be sad! We will be offering the EXACT mixes we use to make our bakery goodies on our website so you can still have some of your favorite products. Stay tuned for that announcement! We will let you know when they are ready!

We want to say a special thank you to every single person who gave words of encouragement to us. It means more than you know. Over the years you have helped us make a difference in so many unseen ways. Those unseen blessings belong to you! We will forever be grateful!!!

Friends, we intended to be open up to the end of January but your response has been so wonderful! We will determine at the end of the day if we have enough inventory to have "pop up" hours on Saturday. If we don't, today will be our last day. We know some of you have a hard time getting here due to work. We are here late tonight to help with that. And the answer to your question is "yes", we do still have cinnamon rolls! :) See you soon!

We have pop-up hours today! We will be here from 10 am - 1:30 pm. We still have 6 pack cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, & other goodies in stock. We have also decided to offer our artisan bread and scone & biscuit mixes in-store! These mixes are exactly the products that we made for you - complete with instructions for every flavor option! Hint: the artisan bread mix is also what we use to make our pretzels!😋 These mixes will be available first come, first serve until we run out. These are available in-store only!

Just to clear up some confusion - the online store does not correlate to what's available in-store. We still have lots of in-store items that may run out online before they run out in the store. We would love to see you as we finish this race strong!🫶🏼

Gluten Free Sensations has been blessed for the last 18 years to serve our community and beyond. Over the years we have laughed, we have grown and we have loved. You became our family and we walked this gluten free journey together. It is with bittersweet anticipation that we would like to announce that our time here at Gluten Free Sensations has come to an end.

For 18 years we have been standing on Hebrews 12:1. Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. We did not choose gluten free, it chose us. For 18 years we have run this gluten free race, and run we did! Through every high and every low, you, our faithful family have been by our side. You stayed with us through thick and through thin. We are so grateful for your friendship and for your support. Thank you seems far too simple yet perfectly expresses our gratitude that we have been blessed to serve you for so many years.

We know and have learned over the years that God will order our steps AND He will order our stops. We want to be obedient to both. Sometimes you have to stop doing something before you can be called to something else. While we don’t know what our next “something” is and where our steps will be directed, God does. We are very confident in two things:
1) There is another race marked out for us and
2) It will be good!
For now, we look forward to a time of rest and rejuvenation.

Our plan is to remain open through the end of January, or until our stock has sold through. Please be patient with us as we have never closed a bakery. We are learning with you! We will do our best to finish this race strong!
