I thought since I've recently moved back to Three Forks and there are a lot of people seeing the page now that may not know me, I should introduce myself. My name is Amy, and I am the face behind Bless Yer Heart Baking. Since coming back to Gallatin Co, my daughter, Riana, has joined me in this baking adventure. You may have seen us at a couple of local events this month, you'll know who I am if you hear me speak.
Baking is a passion. I grew up when you baked for everything - births, deaths, graduations, weddings, new neighbor, or if a friend was just having a rough day, you baked them a treat. It was an act of love. And I still feel that way. The best compliment I have ever been given was "that's just like Mom used to make" and just the look on their face when something I've made brings back memories.
We strive to use the best quality ingredients we can and to bake everything as fresh as possible. If we're at a market, you can bet both of us have barely slept the past few days. If you order a custom dessert, you can bet that it was baked as close to humanly possible as the time it was delivered to you. Can you go buy something cheaper at the grocery store? Absolutely! Will it taste good? More than likely. But when you order/buy from us, you are getting fresh and a lot of care and love put into it. So, thank you for supporting us and we look forward to meeting more of you.
