Made another batch of pumpkin donuts with a crumb and cream glaze. These came out much better. I wanted them to be a little more moist and soft which they are. Although I did like my other ones. I just keep working at them till I get it the way I like it. I want what I sell to be what people really like. So give them a try 😊

Been a busy week. Made 5 loaves of bread, 2 dozen pumpkin rolls, 3 pumpkin strudel bread with maple glaze.  6 banana bread. A dozen blueberry muffins, a dozen raspberry muffins, six pumpkin oatmeal cookie cream pies. three dozen English muffins and two dozen bagels. Working on dinner rolls Friday and more English muffins I’d say a pretty productive week. He is just a few pictures of the stuff I’ve made.

Here’s some more bakes. Preorder your favorites. Blueberry crumb coat topping, pumpkin oatmeal sandwich cookies with cream filling, carrot cake Swiss roll cream cheese filling. Strawberry with cream cheese chips and strawberry filling and pumpkin Swiss roll cream cheese filling. Coming again this fall my pumpkin roll with pumpkin coffee glaze.
