🚨JANUARY, FEBRUARY, & MARCH—BOOKING IS OPEN🚨

🗣️ Valentines Specials are PRE-ORDER only ‼️‼️

All orders must be paid in full a week BEFORE you receive them‼️

MINIMUM FOR CUSTOM ORDERS IS $100 ‼️‼️

All orders UNDER $100 must be paid in full at the time of ordering— All orders OVER $100 require 50% RETAINER FEE upfront the remaining balance due 7 days prior to pick up or delivery ‼️

‼️‼️RETAINERS are non-refundable‼️‼️

RETAINERS insure that your spot is held and goes towards things that may need to be ordered for your cake‼️

All strawberry orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering‼️

I DO NOT DO SAME DAY ORDERS ‼️

Orders booked less than 5 days prior to event day will incur a $25 rush fee and the order must be paid in FULL at the time of ordering

There is a strict NO REFUND POLICY (unless I agree the fault is mine)‼️

If you need to cancel an order please contact me! Orders cancelled within 7 days of your event date WILL NOT receive a refund but your deposit or full payment can go towards another order! Orders cancelled within 14 days of your event will recieve partial refunds ‼️

If you paid for an order and don’t pick up or don’t contact me to let me know you can’t pick up or need to reschedule you do not get your product or a refund, your order will be cancelled‼️

Once the RETAINER is PAID, It confirms I READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS LISTED ABOVE‼️
