Best bakery in the Mid Coast
Hey everyone! I know it’s been awhile, but we just wanted to give a shout out to a fabulous new place in Thomaston. Laurel's Dolce Vita is an Italian bakery located on the corner of Main & Wadsworth St. They have been opening at 9:00 every day except Monday and usually sell out by noon. We tried a Strawberry Rhubarb Scone, Raspberry Turnover, Chocolate Almond Croissant and a Cannoli. Probably a good thing for me that they don’t open until 9 as I drive by every day on my way to work! They have a few tables inside as well so I would think it would be a great place to meet for coffee and a treat. They change up their menu daily, posting what they gave for each day on their page. Delicious pastries, coffee, and very welcoming and friendly staff - I hope they are in Thomaston for a very long time!
