I’m making some changes to how orders are placed. Going forward, please refrain from messaging my page to place orders.

Since I started Cookies by Kat 4 years ago, I’ve had ongoing issues with Facebook messages 😕 Sometimes I don’t receive them, I don’t get notifications, messages appear as “read” even though I’ve never seen them, or they simply don’t come through. It doesn’t happen all the time but when it does, it’s frustrating for both my customers and me. I also manage the TRF Farmers Market, so I have three Facebook accounts connected to my phone, and unfortunately it’s difficult to keep up with messages across all of them.

Using this new order form will ensure your order is sent directly to my email, where I can review all the information I need and accept or decline your order much more promptly.
