We’ve had a few questions since seeing that our building is officially for sale, and we wanted to take a moment to ease some minds. ❤️

First and most importantly: Broadway Bakery isn’t going anywhere.

Our building and adjoining property are for sale, but the bakery business itself is not. Our hope is that when the building sells, we will be able to work with the new owner to lease our bakery space and continue operating right here on Broadway just as we have been.

But because life—and small business ownership—has taught us to always have a Plan B (and probably a Plan C 😂), we also have plans in place should staying in this building not be an option.

If that happens, Broadway Bakery may look a little different, but we fully intend to continue bringing you the breads, pastries, sandwiches, classes, special orders, and other things you’ve come to know and love from us on a regular basis.

This building has been an incredible part of our story, and we would absolutely love for Broadway Bakery to continue calling it home. But at the end of the day, Broadway Bakery has never just been a building. It’s the food we make, the people we serve, the relationships we’ve built, and this community that has supported us along the way.

So for now, it’s business as usual. Come have breakfast, grab a loaf of sourdough, meet a friend for lunch, take a class, or stop in for something sweet. ❤️

And whatever the next chapter looks like, we’re excited to keep baking right along with you.

Thank you, as always, for supporting our little bakery and trusting us to keep figuring out what comes next. 🥐❤️
