🥖 That amazing crust, texture, and flavor? Credit goes to our chef, who isn’t a food scientist. He simply wanted to recreate the authentic, hearty European sourdough loaves we love, only 100% gluten-free.

❤️ We bake and pack in small batches, then bring our bread to a farmers market near you or ship it straight to your 🚪.
