When making sourdough, it can be hard to wait on your starter especially when you want to make that yummy bread! 😋 But it’s never a good idea to rush things particularly your starter. If it’s not active enough it’s not going to make your bread rise like you want it to. So in a nutshell it’s okay to wait. It’s okay to pivot, change and postpone your baking plans so you can make sure your starter is ready to make the delicious loaf of bread.
