I just want to thank everyone that preordered for this weekends cookie drop! And give a little bit of a behind the scenes look at what goes into making them! Yesterday was shopping and flour roasting/sifting day! 5 stores and one Amazon order later and we had everything we needed! Then home to roast some flour, I do this for the slightly nutty flavor it gives to my dough. Today I will prep each of the dough flavors weigh out and hand roll each one to be a 3 oz dough ball. After that they mature in the refrigerator for 24 hours so the flour becomes fully moisturized and the flavors develop . Next they they go into the freezer until bake day! I have a singular preferred rack in my oven which only allows me to bake 12 cookies at a time(19 min bake time per batch). So it’s a long process, but worth it in the end!! ❤️ 🍪 ❤️ 🍪

When cakes are finished late into the night, the picture has to be captured in fridge be because it’s the best lighting in the house. 😂 These two were done after work on Thursday evening. The two tier cake traveled almost 4 hours away and made it in perfect condition according to my customer! The Toy Story cake was a 4 inch mini for a first birthday smash cake! Pictures never do these little guys justice, they are so tiny and cute! But just the right size for a 1 year old!

This cake was finished late into the night, so I didn’t have good lighting to snap pictures. But this video will do! What a thoughtful cake idea, celebrating 80 years with a look back at some of her most meaningful memories! I was happy to execute the inspo picture sent to me, with my own touch and cake style of course. This cake was labor of love! From the chocolate frames to the butter cream texturing. Top tier is strawberry cake with cream cheese filling and bottom tier is vanilla on vanilla!
