We’ve got hazelnut wheelies and berry chantilly puffs today. Our Pate Choux ( puff shells) is baked until it’s most important ingredients, butter, sugar and Belgian Pearl Sugar, reaches its highest peak in flavor, and that’s caramelization! Yummy! Don’t settle for for the pasty 😝😋😂
