Trying some new flavors for this weekend at Cluckin' Good Farm Stand. I don’t think my apple cinnamon bagels are going to make it 🥴😂 I made alittle bit of a twist on a pumpernickel bagel and they look great! Can’t wait to try some 😋 What does anyone think about making rye sandwich bread?

Was making pb&j sandwiches for my boys and thought I’d share. I made this loaf on Oct 2. I put it in the freezer to use later and thawed this out a couple days ago. Very impressed with this sandwich bread. It’s easy to cut, doesn’t tear from condiments, and the longer it sits out it becomes slightly denser, but not hard and crusty. I love it. I’m currently making loaves with honey instead of maple syrup to compare the different tastes. Sourdough is a lot of work, but extremely rewarding.

Put out some fresh sourdough onion bagels and sourdough English muffins 😋 located at Cluckin' Good Farm Stand! Onion bagels are my favorite 🤤 Justina also has lots of other sourdough goodies and sweets ❤️

Bread so fresh I can’t close the bag. Baked this morning! All set up to go at Farmers & Artisans Market at CRR. I have sourdough pizza crust, bagels, English muffins, and sandwich bread.

Been baking all day and getting ready for the market this weekend! I will have sourdough English muffins, sandwich loaves, pizza crust, jalapeno cheddar bagels, blueberry cinnamon bagels, and some small bags of classic bagels. My house smells fantastic! 🥰😂
