This is what happens when you hang out way too long at curbside pickup, get caught up chatting, and completely forget that you have bread baking in the oven. 🫠🔥

So… RIP to my two Jalapeño Cheddar sandwich loaves. You were loved. You were beautiful. You were delicious. You were… apparently not monitored🔥🍞

All the grains are in there, and look at how beautifully this loaf rose! 😍

I might still prefer the traditional shape when using regular organic flour, but with fresh-milled flour? THIS is the only way I’m going forward. 🙌🌾
